Sightseeing and Air Tours Terms and Conditions - Make A Reservation Request

Bookings and Reserving Flight Dates and Times:

Please allow 48 hrs for our staff to call you about your future flight with us. For same day flights please contact us at 832-800-4354 after submitting request. Advanced credit card payment is the only method to reserve and secure flight dates & times. You will be contacted by phone to confirm your reservation. Your credit card will be charged at the time of booking in order to secure your desired dates and times.

I am permitting Apex Helicopters LLC to charge my credit card for the flight that I have scheduled with them. I acknowledged that Apex Helicopters LLC is providing a service to me by no longer soliciting the booked flight time to other parties or entities. In addition, I understand that a pilot must actively engage in the preflight planning and preparation of the aircraft, in anticipation of the booked flight, which is also a service that is provided by Apex Helicopters LLC. I acknowledge that I will forfeit the full Payment for the scheduled flight in the event that either my party or I fail to be present for the scheduled flight. I am permitting Apex Helicopters LLC to charge my credit card for my scheduled flight.

Cancellation Policy:

Tours booked for one (1) hour or less total flight time may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours from the originally scheduled flight time with no penalty. Canceling or rescheduling tour flights within 24 hours of the scheduled flight time will be charged a $150 fee. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the tour. Any flight cancelled due to weather related issues may be rescheduled for a later time regardless of proximity to your booked flight time. Apex Helicopters LLC reserves the right to upgrade, alter, or terminate any or all of our scheduled flights due to safety, maintenance, security, weather, or acts of God. If Apex Helicopters LLC cancels a flight and a new reservation date and time cannot be made, then the passenger or passengers will be refunded their advanced payment in full.

Assumption of Risk:

By embarking upon his/her travel, the passenger voluntarily and expressly assumes all risks associated with such travel, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable. Apex Helicopters LLC shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or loss caused to any passenger in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or deficiencies, disease, local laws, climate conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside Apex Helicopters LLC control.

Passenger and Weight Restrictions:

3 passenger maximum capacity per helicopter. Children 2 and older must ride in their own seat. This is an FAA regulation.
Due to the nature of helicopters, weight can be a limiting factor. Please advise your scheduling agent of all passengers’ weights.
The maximum per-passenger seat rating is 300 lbs. We are not able to carry any passenger over 300 lbs. due to FAA regulations.
Due the nature of our aircraft, the total weight of all passengers, not including the pilot, is limited to 600 lbs. with no one passenger exceeding more than 300 lbs.

Weather:

Flight times and routes may vary slightly depending on weather and Air Traffic Control.

Passenger carry-on items:

Carry-on items are limited to small shoulder bags weighing less than 10 lbs. each. This includes cameras and video cameras.
